The via ferrata path is secured with a steel cable running the length of the route along with man-made handholds and iron rungs. The hardworking men of the mountain rescue in Zell installed over 450 steel cables, 300 handholds, 230 cable clamps, 150 drill anchors, and many more features. Their effort has really paid off.
