You can't get any closer to the ski area and the Zillertal Arena hiking region than this. The Karspitz lift is located only 50 m from Residence Alpin. As an experienced skier, you can ski right back to our door. You can spare yourself the tiresome task of hauling along your equipment, and you don't have to wait forever for the next ski bus. It's also fun to observe the bustling activity from the apartment.
Located on a gentle hill surrounded by meadows and trees, Residence Alpin is a jewel and the perfect starting point for your excursions. Biking, hiking, playing on the playground, running, walking, skiing… all this and much more is awaiting you right outside our door. Put on your sports clothes and head out into the nature of the Zillertal!
Arrival by car
Autobahn A 12 – Zillertal exit. Follow B169 for 20 km, take the "Zell Nord" exit, and turn left heading towards the Zillertal Arena. After 50 m, you will come to Residence Alpin.
Arrival by train
From the main train station in Jenbach, you can reach Zell am Ziller on the historic Zillertalbahn railway or by bus. It is only 2 km from the Zell am Ziller tain station to Residence Alpin. We will gladly organize a transfer by taxi for you!
Arrival by plane
The nearest airports are: Innsbruck - 60 km away, Salzburg - 150 km away, Munich - 200 km away. We are happy to organize a transfer by taxi from the airport.
